Forgot PIN
Ask your manager to reset
For security, only your manager can reset your PIN. They'll generate a new 4-digit PIN from the Admin panel and give it to you.
Steps
- Find a manager on the floor
- They go to Admin, then Users, then your name, then Reset PIN
- They read you the new PIN
- You enter it here
